Log-in to the Customer Support website.
Once your TeleNav Track account page opens, just click on the “Support” tab.
Having trouble logging in?
- Please make sure that you are entering your password correctly:
- If your login ID or password contains both capital and lowercase letters, make sure you are using the correct case.
- Check that your computer's CAPS LOCK key is not on.
- If your password is still not recognized or you have forgotten your password, you can recover it:
- Go the TeleNav Track login page
- In the Login form section, click Forgot Your Password?
- Follow the instructions on the Password Recovery pop-up to fill in your e-mail address.
- Then click Submit.
- You will get an email with your Password sent to the email address you provided.
